Full, well-balanced coffee with fresh, slight chocolate aroma that lingers in the mouth for a while.

Coffee comes from San Cristobal island, where coffee was first grown in 1879, when this island was still called Catham. Moderate tropical climate in the southern part of the island ensures abundant rainfall from January to May. The combination of favorable climate and nutrient-rich volcanic soil offers excellent conditions for coffee tree growth. Excellent coffee is also ensured by law that prohibits the use of pesticides, fungicides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers on the Galapagos Islands.
