Terms of Service
The general terms and conditions of Cafetino online store are drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
The online store Cafetino.si (hereinafter also referred to as the "store") is operated by the company CAFETINO d.o.o., Stari trg 5, 1000 Ljubljana, registration number: 1538446000, tax number: SI76078434, which is also the provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to as the "provider").
The general terms and conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the seller and the buyer.
The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (submission of the online order). The user is explicitly informed of the general terms and conditions when placing an order and confirms their awareness of them by submitting the order. The general terms and conditions are also available for review at the Cafetino d.o.o. pickup location.
Upon registration in the Cafetino online store system, the visitor obtains a username, which is the same as their email address, and a password. The username and password uniquely identify and associate the user with the entered data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user.
