Distinctly aromatic coffee. Its aroma is complex and full, with distinct fruity notes and slightly fermented aftertaste.

This coffee is grown by small farmers who lease land from the state. In the Harrar region, coffee is processed exclusively using the dry method. Coffee cherries are thus dried in the sun, often left to dry on the tree itself. This process gives the coffee its characteristic rich aroma and slightly fermented aftertaste.
