Coffee with rich and complex aroma of tropical fruit, wine and dark chocolate, with strong, full body.

Coffee that comes from the central mountains of Yemen, and is still grown the same way as five hundred years ago. It grows on terraces of mountain slopes, under stone villages where farmers who process the coffee live. In autumn, when coffee cherries ripen, they are picked and spread on the roofs of stone houses to dry in the sun. It is the sun, which dries the coffee cherries, that gives the coffee its special and characteristic aroma.
